How long will it take to process and produce my order?
It usually takes 1-2 business days for production. We ship our products within 2-3 business days.
Note: Please exclude the weekend and US based holidays.
How long does shipping take?
Your product will be ready for shipment in 1-2 business days.
For US orders, it takes around 3-5 business days for delivery but almost 90% of our packages get delivered earlier than the estimated delivery date.
For Canada, UK & EU: 5-10 business days.
Rest of the world: 7-14 business days.
I made a mistake with my order, how do I correct it?
Please email us at support@mondbay.com within 24 hours of placing your order to make any corrections. Please note, Once the order has been shipped, changes can no longer be made.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to our fast order processing, we can only accept cancellation requests within the first 24 hours after an order is placed. Please email us at support@mondbay.com within 24 hours to cancel your order.
Do you offer gift box or special packaging?
Yes, most of our products come with a complimentary standard box. Additionally, you can choose to purchase a luxury box with an LED light by selecting the box type on the product page (recommended).

Can I return a product purchased from your store?
Yes, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of receiving the item for a refund. Please contact us first at support@mondbay.com to receive a shipping label and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive the return/refund request withing 60 days of delivery, you will be given the instructions how to send the item to us.
Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed and you will get the refund likely by 10 business days as per your original mode of payment.
